Who We Are

The grape, the table, and the sharing of both is the foundation of the Blue Stem Wine House. Our vision comes from the desire to share life events, good food, and stories over an exceptional pour every time. But it is also our desire that people find solace and the ability to unwind from the rush of daily living, which is essential for the soul. Whether one is among friends or in a quiet space of the day’s end, there is a glass waiting for everyone at the Blue Stem.

About Us

After many years of different careers both Brandon and Virginia Erdmann made the decision to throw their passion and desire into wine making. With Five years experience in brewing and fermenting they expanded their efforts in a larger capacity. Finding satisfaction in wine making and the process, in December 2021 they secured a  house in downtown Cheyenne, built in 1911, and created a cozy old world feel combined with new updates. The need for face to face interactions and passion for the community is what drives them to continue to make many different fermentations of varietals to give the best to the community at large and to others beyond the state of Wyoming.

A hand is holding a globe with a heart in it.

Philanthropic Endeavors

The Blue Stem aspires to give back to the community and to many different organizations that help out people in need. From non-profits to safe houses to sponsoring different events that give back more than just financial commitment. Being mindful and present as we attend community events is our way of supporting and encouraging small groups, youth, shelter drives, along with new opportunities that arise.
